Act ffxiv not working

Advanced Combat Tracker not working correctly. My ACT had some sort of corruption, basically forcing me to re-install the whole thing. I used to have Kagerou and the dps was in yellow and blue writing (pic). I can't get that dps to show, after removing my old ACT i don't seem to have a folder on my Desktop anymore also.

Running Integrity Check through Dalamud shows the usual 'modified or corrupted files, expected with TexTools' warning. TexTools' own Check For Problems sees nothing wrong. After the most recent patch 4.4 none of my tts triggers work. The timer is working properly and does show the countdown and the placement for tts to go off properly but the tts will not work. The only important file for how the layout would look like is the resorces/icons folder, and the miniparse.html. Make sure that you are using the right miniparse.html. Check the URL in ACT->plugin tab ->OverlayPlugin.dll tab, and make sure it is linking to the new miniparse.html and not your old one. Plugin Installation Guide: 1.
