Hi. I agree with bklynguy. Check the Botanical Garden's website for peak months for visiting gardens within the campus. The Botanical Garden is made up of several gardens. I would also like to recommend the May/June months for the Cherry Blossom Festival. There is also a Japanese Tea Service but that needs reservations 2-3 weeks in advance.Lightscape Lodge Dinners.
