The Cask allows customers to go to a very good fish and chip shop next door and eat them with a drink in the Cask. (You must take all the rubbish way with you which is fair enough.) Clever marketing. I visit Vung Tau as a tourist and have visited Cask Bar alone and with my girlfriend who is a 'local' and always the staff have been courteous, interested and helpful including Damian and his wife.
