Chrysler 300 remote start not working

I recently purchased a Chrysler starter for our 2005 300C. The install instructions seemed straight forward, so yesterday I tackled the project. Everything went very well, until I got to the SKREEM programming. I get through step H of the attached instructions where the horn beeps twice and the theft security light blinks once.
