This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) is hereby incorporated into and governed by the Terms and Conditions of SOW Services or the Terms and Conditions of Sales and Service Projects, as applicable (the “Agreement”) between Seller and Customer and applies to the extent that Seller processes Personal Data (as defined herein) on behalf of Customer in the performance of Services thereunder.
