The upper is incompatible with DPMS brand mags - they won't seat if the upper and lower are attached, and if you insert the mag into the lower and then attach the upper, the mag won't release. You have to separate the upper and lower again to remove the mag. It doesn't line up well with my lower, a TN Arms Hybrid.
