Eufy homebase 2 red light meaning

Oct 23, 2023 · My first homebase 2’s blue like went out after 12 months. Anker sent a replacement out of warranty. The 2nd home base 2’s blue light is no longer on after about 8 months. In both instances cameras were functioning. It seems this blue light issue has never been fixed for at least 2 years now.

Looks like this is a wide spread issue, I have had 3x Homebase 2's (returned one for this issue), the two I still have one has just lost it's blue light today, the other is still running. The details are below; *No Blue LED Homebase 2 - System Version: 2.1.6.9h, Subsystem Version: 1.3.0.9, Serial Number: T8010N1320XXXXXX.If I reset Homebase 2 then I get solid red led, then flashing red led, and finally system comes up with no blue led.
