Love this 0., If you want to get your toes stabbed with a cuticle cutter and have a half ass job of cleaning, this is the place to go. After I got stabbed in my toe even though I didn't move an inch, the nail lady who doesn't wear a bra didn't apologize. If you want better service, go to gel nails between 84& 85 on 13 avenue.
