H1B to h4 ead. I am on h1b and recently lost my job. I have around 15months left on my h1b and I don't have i140 approved. Planning to switch to h4ead before 60days grace period ends. I have few questions 1. Can my husband file for h4 and h4ead in parallel? And can it be done in premium if down with husband's extension?
