First, it's not possible to set the door to open and remain open; I have to do that with the app. So, I started using the collars but the door only lets my dogs out and not back in! Next, the door no longer connects to my wifi - after working ok for about 3 months. Customer service is slow and not responsive. I recommend avoiding this company.
