That's a good point. Even though Hydroid does improve with this rework in some ways, he won't be able to compete with the other armor strip frames. Armor strip works even on eximus enemies for the other warframes. Hydroid's corrosive stacks likely cannot armor strip an eximus though since his stacks should be blocked by the enemy's overguard.Yea Hydroid needs a rework most out of every single frame in the game. Inaros, Loki and Nyx are flawed, but at least they function well in the areas they're supposed to.
