Lost mucus plug after sweep

I'll lose little tiny rice-sized bits throughout the day, then in the morning I'll lose the whole plug. Basically in the same boat as you. I'm also 39+4 and had been losing small bits and pieces until the 12th when I lost probably a good tablespoon worth. Have lost enough since then to fill another tablespoon.
