Have just replied to your PM regarding quantity. I know the zed has softer springs up front but not sure about oil height/air gap. Best bet would be to go with the Ninja oil height and adjust from there if necessary. Same forks as the Ninja 400 so the oil quantity should be the same... Firstly thanks for the answers.

Make sure you inspect the o ring (just make sure there is one inside where the filter meets the case and the cover O ring as well. Make you you inspect the crush washers as well on the tank and case and don't over tighten.
