362 posts · Joined 2020. #1 · Mar 16, 2021. So i found a rather hard lump on my filly. It's near the end of her rib cage flank area. I found it while brushing her and fussing with her shedding. It's pretty subtle unless you are looking for it. Im a bit stumped. I don't brush her very regularly so i am not sure how long it has been there.

So it's weird that about 10 years before I had any Costo symptoms I had extreme pain and tenderness in this area of my ribs. Had all kinds of tests run (ultrasounds, upper GI, x-rays) and they never found the reason.
