The Michigan Arthroplasty Registry Collaborative Quality Initiative (MARCQI) is a regional quality improvement effort that is focused on hip and knee arthroplasty. From its inception in 2012, MARCQI has grown to include data from 66 hospitals and surgery centers, and contains over 209,000 fully abstracted cases in its database.
