My key ford fusion turn off

I have a 2015 Ford Fusion with the little screen which I am fine with except for when I am listening to music and I get a text. It pauses the music and the most annoying obnoxious single chime goes off and you have to wait a few seconds or hit the end call button. It only recently started doing this I didn't update it or anything.
