Already feeling the pinch of the budget cut writing the schedule (to help my RxOM) with it dropping from the 224 to 188 within the last couple of weeks. Basically lose one person and it's harsh. Any worse and instead of 4 techs (5 was ideal on weekdays) it will be a tier 3 with just THREE.
