The winter storm that was predicted arrived over night creating extremely dangerous road condition and leading to the suspension of all Metro bus service and cancellation of the West Seattle Water Taxi. A semi/car accident closed the lower Spokane Street Bridge at around 5:30am. It remained closed as of 8:30am.
