Spending a day as a volunteer at the Montebello state fish hatchery is an enjoyable experience. I kept busy for 8 hours feeding fish, cleaning tanks and stocking trucks, while learning about the raising and stocking of trout by the Virginia Department of Wildlife Resources (DWR) for recreational purposes.
